The American Kennel Club recently donated a vital $20,000 to the many dogs and their owners affected by Hurricane Sandy. To that, we give them a resounding paws-up. But here on the West Coast, it's business as usual for the happy little canines of sunny Southern California and beyond as they compete in the Shoreline and Malibu All-Breed Dog Show Holiday Classic. There's the terrier group, toy group, working group, hound group (Irish Wolfhounds!), the sporting group and more—and though we still like mutts the best, the Holiday Classic is a festive treat for lovers of all furry quadrupeds. See who takes home the coveted Best in Show prize—but if you really want to feel like a winner, visit the AKC website and make a donation to their Sandy relief fund.
