The quirky intellectual who rules a bevy of Food Network shows like Good Eats, Iron Chef America, The Next Food Network Star and Cutthroat Kitchen, embarks on a national tour, mixing his natural showmanship with big dollops of comedy, culinary experimentation and audience participation—there's even rumored to be some live singing (he's a man of many hats, as demonstrated in the song “Airport Shrimp Blues”).
