Anaheim Police are asking for the public's help in finding a pervvy cell-phone photographer who was caught snapping shots of a 3-year-old girl wearing a miniskirt with her legs spread atop a Laundromat table.
Surveillance video inside the business caught the disgusting incident in progress, so police have released screen grabs in the hopes that someone recognizes the dude.

He was described as an unshaven Hispanic male in his mid-20s with a medium complexion, black short hair and brown eyes.
The man was last seen wearing a light-green shirt and dark pants, and he was carrying a backpack.
The shot above shows the fellow actually pointing his cell-phone camera. (He's crouching on the right side.)
At around 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 16, a husband and wife with their two children in tow were washing their clothing at the Laundromat on the 1000 block of North State College Boulevard in Anaheim.
The couple's 3-year-old daughter was at one point sitting in her miniskirt with her legs spread apart on a table. That's when her father and another woman inside the business saw the man squatting nearby in front of the table where the child was sitting.
The mystery man was pointing his cell-phone camera in the direction of the child and appeared to be taking photographs in the direction of the girl's exposed underwear. Before anyone could react, he quickly left the Laundromat.
Anaheim Police ask anyone who can help identify the photographer to contact Investigator Cunha at (714) 765-1455 (e-mail:

) or Sergeant Friesen at (714) 765-1451 (
