One of the originating pioneers of Los Angeles's first wave of punk rock, The Angry Samoans are true relics of the genre. Making a decades-long trek through a turbulent career that saw band lineup changes and legendary yet controversial performances, the band has somehow managed to persevere. Though they haven't played regularly in more than a decade this band with songs such as “Tuna Taco” and “They Saved Hitler's Cock,” still makes appearances around California as well as the occasional European tour.
