Sticking to the doughnut game, Famous Donut's two stone-faced owners calmly pack your choice of pastry from the side window if you're visiting after dark; otherwise, walk right in to the smell of sweet baked goods toasting in the oven. It's good to know there's something reliably open and delicious after nocturnal partying hours at the area hotspots. Highly recommended: any croissant of your choice, especially strawberry and chocolate. This place is cash only, but most items cost less than $1, so you might have enough change buried in your car seats for a bite of something fresh.
