Suds Clemente was on top of the craft-beer scene years before any other OC city, and Left Coast Brewing was among the pioneers. It continues to be at the top with ever-inventive brews, including the Nuclear Chi Chis. There is none better than this Session IPA, which wins on the name alone. Now, if only it could name something #nalgamedios. . . .
