Most places are just hopping on the michelada train; this store makes an incredible seven, from the sweet to the spicy to the fabulous La Malandrina, which uses chile mango, craft Mexican beer and ají amarillo paste to create the best ode to Latin American unity since “Despacito.” They just debuted a breakfast michelada, heavy on the tomato and bacon bits and coming with a slice of toast topped with a poached egg, that’ll soak up the worst hangovers. And if you can’t drink at the moment? Take home one of the make-your-own-michelada kits.
