We hate chains, but this is the most satisfying ramen restaurant we’ve ever been to. Too easy to pass by on your way to Big Lots, Home Depot, or Chuck E. Cheese—all in the same strip parking lot—this tiny shop has only a few tables, television screens playing K-Pop videos, and a long counter, so gauge your time carefully, because there’s often a wait list. We love everything that we’ve ever ordered, but the creamy garlic mouthfuls of flavor called the Tonkotsu Black is our go-to.
