There’s really no way we can say the wings at Baos Hog are the best item on the menu because you could make an argument that just about everything on the limited menu is the best dish there. But it’s easy to say that the salt-and-pepper chicken wings you get there will be better than any of the wings you’ll pick up pretty much anywhere else. Served by the half-dozen in cardboard boats less fancy than anything you’d get animal-style fries in, the perfectly crispy and juicy spin on wings doesn’t require any sauce to hit every level of amazing Chinese food and glorious fried-chicken goodness—although you really can’t go wrong with the Sriracha-infused dip provided.
