Well, this cuts right to the point, doesn’t it? Booze. Floozies. Burlesque. Not actually floozies, or course, rather broads who have a riotous sense of humor and can show it onstage—stripping down to pasties by the sensual music of Pantera, for example. But it’s not all farce, the ladies also shimmy to Johnny Cash and Etta James and everything in between. This week, the Orange County-based troupe makes a splash on the Galaxy stage—an unusually large arena for these kinds of shows, but all the better to shake what their mama gave ‘em.
