The Orange County beer community can finally welcome Bottle Logic Brewing this weekend. After months of delay and financial set back due to last year's government shutdown, the new Anaheim brewery will open their taproom to the masses this Saturday, Feb. 15.
This event won't be some small soft opening, mind you. These guys are going big. They plan to debut a fully loaded tap list including a double IPA made with whole leaf Citra hops, Leche Molé — a Mexican mocha stout, a French-style spiced saison, and many more.

Bottle Logic has also previewed some of their beer at local OC events such as Brew Ho Ho and Out of the Park Pizza's three-year anniversary celebration. They've been itching to showcase everything they have to offer on their own turf and greatly look forward to the official opening.
Doors open at noon and the celebration won't stop until 11 p.m. The tasting room is at 1072 N. Armando Street, Anaheim, Calif. 92806, and the Porko Rico BBQ food truck will be catering the event from 1-9 p.m. so be sure to bring your appetite along with some hankering for good beer. See you there!
