Opened last week, the store is sort of like a gourmand's Sweet Factory,
where you can mix and match flavors of oil and have it bottled on-site.
They boast more than 41 flavors of oil and vinegar, which is 10 more than
Baskin-Robbins. Unlike ice cream, you can conceivably ask to taste test
all of them, free of charge.
