I’ve always been fascinated by exercise. I have a gym membership, the low budget Planet Fitness, which has everything I need, treadmills, stationary bikes, free weights, the usual stuff. I just don’t know how to use them, so I stay away. Recently, I’ve been taking long walks late at night in Downtown SanTana. There’s always a good crowd of people milling about between the hipster restaurants and bars, so it’s safe. Another thing that has always perplexed me are those that choose to get high before they exercise, the athlete that competes and is high AF. So in the interests of science I decided to get my vape on and go for a nice walk.
Brass Knuckles Vape cartridge and battery isn’t only sleek looking but very sturdy, so I hope it lasts awhile. It’s gold and shiny and reminded me of Freddie the talking Flute from H. R. Pufnstuf, that 70’s kid show that is now a cult classic for the those that indulge in anything hallucinatory. Ha! You can choose from both Indica and Sativa strains, and I chose the Gorilla Glue over the Girl Scout Cookies, a tough decision indeed. I felt confident in my purchase but even more so as I left the dispensary I got that nod of approval from a couple of the budtenders, ” Oh, you picked the Brass Knuckles. Good choice.” I patted myself on the back as I looked forward to my walk and bake session.
After I charged the battery section I connected the vape cartridge and took my first toke. It had a sweet , floral flavor, not like the actual flower. It didn’t smell like weed but when I returned to my car ( yes I vaped on the way over, that’s why I like vaping, vape and go!) my car reeked! I took about eight good hits. I felt pretty good and high and started my walk along the streets of DTSA.
So everything being relative, walking for me is good exercise. Although I gained my weight back after 18 rounds of chemotherapy, I still suffer from neuropathy in my feet. They get swollen every day, and since I work as a meatcutter, I stand at work all day. Right now it’s the biggest challenge of my life, so it’s not easy, but I enjoy the walk downtown, and being buzzed makes it fun. As I walk I can feel myself getting gradually higher and higher. Whew! The Brass Knuckles effect??! And I don’t usually walk this fast but that’s a good thing as long as I don’t trip and fall.
Also, I feel no Pain, such a nice feeling, I’m really numb and boom! I’m done: I’ve walked a brisk mile up and down Calle Quatro( Fourth Street). Overall, the high itself is excellent. If exercise isn’t your thing, invite a few friends over, watch some H.R. Pufnstuf on YouTube and pass around Freddie the talking Flute!
