Line-dancing lovers may be a rare breed, but they’re strong and prideful. Throughout most of the nation, country music runs wild and free, but this close to the Pacific . . . well, it’s damn near endangered. InCahoots is working on keeping the thrill alive. Wednesdays have been dubbed Redneck Wednesdays, and boot-wearin’ cowpokes have not one, but two opportunities to brush up on the fine art of line dancing with hourlong classes. With three full bars, the largest dance floor around and a mechanical bull, Redneck Wednesdays has everything for the shit-kicker in all of us.
