There’s always room behind the Orange Curtain for more theater companies—and Anaheim’s Gallery Theatre aims to launch another one: P.A.C.T., a new nonprofit. This time, the drama is geared toward adults, promising shows that include political satire and student and youth issues, all of which have been written and created by local artists. To help kick off this new endeavor, P.A.C.T is throwing itself a two-night fundraiser, “Starry Starry Night,” featuring guests Lauren Pritchard (MadTV), David Howard (writer, Galaxy Quest), Eden Espinosa (Rent, Wicked) and composer Bret Simmons (Megan Mullally Show), who’ll be manning the keyboards and kicking the party into full swing. There’ll also be a host of magicians to wow you, and table seating with appetizer service to feed you.
Fri., Nov. 20, 8 p.m.; Sat., Nov. 21, 8 p.m., 2009
