OC Cannabis Workshop and Vendor Expo:
It’s almost halfway through the first quarter of 2018. Is your cannabis business operating smoothly? Tonight, a team of experts will speak on how to help your business become compliant and stay compliant during these uncertain times. The OC Cannabis Workshop and Vendor Expo is happening in Santa Ana at the eSports Arena at 6 pm for an evening of learning, honing your skills and networking.

CannItalk
CannItalk gives members of the community 15 minutes to speak on important topics related to the cannabis industry and continuing education on the applications of cannabis in healthcare and adult-use settings. For this February meeting, you can expect conversation about utilizing cannabis for sexual dysfunction. This part of the meeting will be lead by sexologist Dr. Nick Karras, the creator of the Passionate High: a project that serves to educate people on how to use the cognitive and physical effects of cannabis to develop stronger relationships, and experience greater creativity and passion. The meetup will also delve into what social media applications are best for businesses, and how to utilize visual media in the cannabis space.

Yoga and Cannabis in Beverly Hills
The Dr. D crew is holding an elevated yoga session at their luxury event house in Beverly Hills for those looking to get their namaste on. Prior to the meditative sesh, Dr. D. will explain the science behind how and why cannabis is used as a natural pain reliever. You’ll get a tutorial on the session’s featured product, which is a high-end vape pen and cannabis oil. The 90-minute Yin Yoga (sometimes referred to as “slowga”) class will not only explore the finest cannabis, but it’ll also help unite your body, mind and soul through deep, restorative stretches and meditative contemplation.

Ellementa LA: Sex & Cannabis
This event is aimed at having a healthy discussion about cannabis and sex. Whether you have a partner or attend this event with a partner is irrelevant. You can expect each speaker to talk candidly about women’s sex health issues and how cannabis and CBD can help. Ellementa meets monthly to bring women together to learn about cannabis for health, wellness, self-care, and caregiving. This is a non-consumption, educational event for women/female-identified exclusively. This is a space where women can come together to speak openly about cannabis wellness.

Laugh Lounge Comedy Night
Experience L.A Comedy like you haven’t before with a diverse array of comedians showcasing and exhibiting their hilarity for all to enjoy. The entire event will be filmed live for SHTv, thus it’s encouraged to clap, laugh and BOO if you don’t like jokes. The venue is a super social lounge, so come ready to meet new people while you catch brilliant stand up throughout the night. You can also expect food, drinks, merch, and 420-vendors. There will be a Dab Bar for those who are at least 21-years-old! This is another event geared toward couples and singles alike– so don’t trip if you don’t have a date. This event is meant for enjoying life regardless of having a significant other or not.

TokaSesh
Hosted by the 420Nurses, TokaSesh is the first Thursday of every month. The event is intended for patients at least 18-years-old with a valid doctors recommendation. If you over 21-years-old, you can enter with a valid California ID. You can expect lots of dabbing, networking opportunities and hanging in the epicenter of Reseda’s cannabis community.

Day and Night – 420 Paint Event
If you’re into the stars, sun and moon, or just have a bare wall that needs some life, this painting sesh is perfect for you. At this cannabis friendly sesh, the instructor will guide you through two hours of creativity, and fun. And let’s be honest: art is a form of therapy, and sometimes you need to take care of yourself. The best part? You don’t have to be an artist to have a great time. Must be 21-years-old at least to attend.

2018 Cannabis Wedding Expo
After much demand, the Cannabis Wedding Expo is finally coming to LA. The Expo gives couples the chance to engage with progressive traditional wedding vendors and specialty cannabis brands to learn how to incorporate cannabis into their wedding day in classy and tasteful ways. From full blown Budbars to small nods to cannabis culture, attendees can connect with every vendor they need to make their day unique. Held at the Sportsmen’s Lodge in LA, the retro-chic venue offers beautiful spaces indoors and out that accentuate the trendsetting vibe of Southern California.
