There's a new Tuesday night drag party in town (finally!), and it's at Ripples (naturally). Chic is a bi-monthly LGBT club night touted as a “new style of drag.” But fear not, there's as much attitude, fierce pop music and sexy stilettos as you can handle—and this performance, hosted by bombshell Alessandra, features a rotating cast of ladies singing and dancing to the best pop and Top 40 dance. Now this isn't your mother's drag show—Chic is for the modern queen, who's just as gorgeous and fiery without the sky-high wigs and ball-gowns (though that look will never go out of style). And if you need to wet your whistle, Chic offers five-dollar you-call-it mixed drinks.
