The new Asian-focused mall called Village Circle on Beach (think Irvine's Diamond Jamboree) already has a lot of of its core tenants in place (85 Degrees is already open and H-Mart is opening soon if it's not already). There will be at least a dozen more tenants there. One of them is a Dami Sushi & Izakaya, which opens this weekend.
The restaurant has put out a press release announcing that it will give out $20 gift certificates for use on a future visit to the first 50 customers on each day (starting today until Sunday) and for all customers after, a $10 gift certificate.
Here's a few more words on the goings on there and more details about other giveaways:

Each day during open hours, Dami Sushi & Izakaya will host games, giveaways and entertainment outside the new storefront including a raffle giveaway for a new iPad Mini and carnival games and contests for prizes such as tickets to Knott's Berry Farm, movie tickets and gift certificates to the new restaurant. Additionally, Dami Sushi & Izakaya will reward the first 50 customers from each day a $20 gift certificate for their next visit and all customers after, a $10 gift certificate.
The restaurant is also bringing family fun entertainment to the grand opening. On Sunday, March 30, Dami will have a balloon twister during the lunch hours for kids to enjoy free balloon hats and animals. Traditional Japanese Taiko drummers will also be performing live Sunday 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Dami Sushi & Izakaya is located at the new Village Circle on Beach shopping center 5151 Beach Blvd, Unit A, Buena Park, CA 90621.
