Louis Lepe knows how to, uh, rock lobster. He’s also a wizard at jazzing up steak and just about anything else your heart and taste buds desire. The second-generation chef, a graduate of the culinary arts program at Orange Coast College, is the tour de force behind the lavish lobster and steak dinner that starts South County’s summer. A silent auction, live music and dancing, appetizers, desserts, beer, wine and soft drinks are all on the menu. A variety of children’s charities will benefit.
