Fewer bands mainstream bands of the 1980s afforded more sonic surprises and prolific output as Oingo Boingo. It's a shame the band met its end in the mid-90s. Although we have the cinematic soundtrack contributions of front man Danny Elfmans, it's just not the same. Thank god for Oingo Boingo tribute band Dead Man's Party. Featuring an eight- piece configuration, DMB features a full compliment of wind instruments. Tirelessly performing and striving to faithfully recreate the sound of the original group, DMB has been providing musical entertainment to the Boingo uninitiated as well as die hard fans for more than ten years. Who could ask for more?
