Hailing from San Diego Deadbolt is Deadbolt, the self described “Scariest Band in the World.” This isn't just hyperbolic bluster. With their deep sinister country-inflected vocals spouting lyrics about dark highways and nefarious moonshiners they raise a few goosebumps. The sound skews Hollywood ghoul soundtrack and would probably have found favor with the maker of the 1968 horror film Spiderbaby.
