Here's a hidden gem for all you grunge nostalgists. One-time MTV buzzworthy rock band Dig has a residency at Fullerton's own Back Alley Bar & Grill. For those of you scratching your heads and wondering who the hell we're talking about, Dig formed in 1991 and sort of hit it big with their 1993 single “Believe” which actually charted on Billboard at #19. Featuring fuzzy, mid-tempo whah-whah guitars, chunky bass lines and the spacey reverb-heavy voice of singer Scott Hackwith, Dig was probably the edgy band the Goo Goo Dolls wish they could have been. Here's your chance to see them in a small venue. Check 'em out, and dig the 120 Minute memories.
