Oversleepers, rejoice! Early Bird Cafe, the Fullerton breakfast spot that makes the county's greatest omelet and other morning jaw-droppers, will begin serving dinner on June 4.

The summer menu, created by mastermind Frank DeLoach, will feature “comfort food you'd expect in an American diner with a modern and innovative flare.” We're talking Singaporean chili crab, twice-fried chicken, pork belly po' boys with smoked Sriracha, jerked Carlsbad mussels, and runny eggs over poutine. See the full menu here. Children's dishes will also be offered.
Dinner will served from 5:30 to close, Tuesday through Saturday.
