Dang it, I missed Tuesday night's U.S. premiere of Eat St. on The Cooking Channel, where our buddy, Deep End Dining blogger, Weekly contributor and author of Extreme Cuisine, Eddie Lin was featured munching on a sandwich at The Grilled Cheese Truck.

The show, hosted by James Cunningham, goes cross country connecting with locals like Eddie “sharing and explaining the food and the hype that is the new street food scene.”
No worries though, as the show repeats this weekend and in the immediate future.
