The 47,000-square-foot restaurant/arcade/laser tag arena–whose closest competitor is Chuck E. Cheese and John's Incredible Pizza–opened in Huntington Beach on December of 2010. I remember this because I wrote a post about it, noting that the YouTube video it put out to sell itself was waaaaaay over the top (think bombastic music fit for an epic movie with Vikings and explosive fire effects).
Their website now has the above image announcing their closure…which is decidedly humbler and more low-key.
