A Southern California federal grand jury this week issued a two-count indictment against a 23-year-old waiter for allegedly attempting to launch illegal sexual relationships with two girls–ages 13 and 14–he met online.
Buena Park's Jordan Michael Bresyn has been in custody inside the Orange County Jail since January when the Orange County Sheriff's Child Exploitation Task Force arrested him at the San Clemente pier with a box of condoms and hopes of a sexual rendezvous with the 13-year-old girl who'd alerted her parents about the offer after he sent a picture of his junk, according to authorities.
That same month, Bresyn offered the 14-year-old, second victim marijuana if she'd send him a photograph of her “touching herself or something,” sneak out of her parents' home and have sexual intercourse or oral copulation with him at a park or in the back seat of his car, according to the indictment.

Federal law prohibits the use of a phone to attempt to persuade a person under the age of 18 to have sex.
Law enforcement officials say that the defendant responded, “ha, ha, so what?” when the 13-year-old girl told him his sexual proposition was illegal.
The six-foot-four-inch tall Bresyn, who also goes by Jordon Michael Bresyn, remains in the local jail where he's been unable to pay $200,000 in bail.
A trial date inside the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse in Santa Ana has not yet been set.
