Eight years. One hundred forty episodes. Sixty countries. More than 716,000 miles. Countless toasts, laughs, expletives and soul-hitting meals.
Tonight, it comes to an end. The final episode of No Reservations airs at 9 p.m. on the Travel Channel. Host Anthony Bourdain completes his epic voyage in Brooklyn, a particularly fitting locale in wake of New York's recovery from Hurricane Sandy.

“It seems only right to finish near where I started,” Bourdain says during the show. “If I'm gonna wrap things up in New York, it's going to be where the heart is.”
Bourdain's final itinerary includes fishing, visiting bars, eating Caribbean and Thai dishes, meeting with local rapper Talib Kweli and sitting down for an 18-course dinner. The show bids farewell at at Jewish deli.
It's hardly the last we'll be seeing of the irreverent author and chef. Bourdain is moving to CNN to host a new show early next year, narrating a PBS show that follows Momofuku bad-boy David Chang and going on a speaking tour.
Still, it seems like the end of an era.
He offers his fans this advice. “Move as far as you can as much as you can,” Bourdain says in the finale. “Open your mind, get up off the couch, move.”
Thanks for letting us taste the world with you, Tony.
