Chef Louie Jocson grew up in Fullerton, studied at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and worked at Antonello Ristorante. He eventually became the Culinary Director of Karl Strauss Brewing Company.

After seven years there, he left last November. Now he's popped up with Red Table,
his own restaurant planned for Huntington Beach which from their bare-bones placeholder of a website will offer craft beer and wine with
their food. No telling whether Chef Jocson, a Filipino, will introduce
any Pinoy flavors to his dishes or offer San Miguel. One can only hope.
The restaurant is slated for a summer opening at 16821 Algonquin St #105,
Huntington Beach.
