Imagine waking up one morning and not remembering who you are or how you got there—yeah, it's called whiskey—and having to go through that confusion every day of your life. In David Lindsay-Abaire's play Fuddy Meers, Claire suffers from a rare form of amnesia and awakes each morning to her husband handing her a book filled with all the important facts of her life. But something isn't quite right—as evidenced by a lisping man with a limp who crawls out from under her bed and insists he is here to save her. Watch as the chaos ensues and Claire must gather the mysterious information about her life from a lively, motley cast of eccentric characters. It's a little like Momento, but without the “Find Him and Kill Him” chest tattoo.
