Icon of public radio and venerable yarn spinner Garrison Keillor—you know, the creative genius behind NPR’s A Prairie Home Companion, famous for imparting witty tales about St. Paul Minnesota and Lake Wobegone using the conventions of an old-timey radio show—is coming to the Cerritos Center. Keillor is the dork hipsters can appreciate ironically because his corniness is mitigated by the sheer heart and unexpected humor of his work.
