Sure, open mic nights can satisfy that burning desire to sing in front of a crowd—but let's face it, they're a dime a dozen and, sometimes, it's difficult for audiences to hear over the venue's espresso machine. Held at the Chance Theater, this is an open mic event on a more serious scale. Hosted by voice coach Molly Mahoney, the Ghost Light Vocal Jam is one part free-for-all and one part Broadway-inspired concert performance. In addition to a lineup of talented singers performing classic and conventional tracks, guests have the option to get on stage and belt it out, too.
