After many, many long years, Orange County voters finally booted Surfin’ Congressman Dana Rohrabacher and District Attorney Tony Rackauckas from office. The 48th Congressional District will now be represented by a Democrat, Harley Rouda. And longtime Orange County Supervisor Todd Spitzer, a former prosecutor, takes the reins as DA.
