Your dreams of becoming a Broadway star and performing in Hamilton are, let’s be honest, not gonna happen. Hell, your dreams of even seeing the show, between getting hold of an available ticket and being able to afford it, are still pretty slim. Well, Hamiltunes: An American Sing-Along is for all you dreamers and all us poor folk, and it’s a completely free event that lies somewhere between cosplay and karaoke. Guests are encouraged to dress in late-1700s garb and join Emmy-nominated Broadway all-star Seth Rudetsky, as the entire group belts out songs from the play. Participants may also sign up (in advance) to sing a solo. Even if you don’t sing, this is going to be a hell of a thing to see.
