Just as everyone is desperately holding on to these last few weeks of summer weather and sleeveless evenings, Ripples brings back their notorious Wednesday night happy hour, Humdinger Night. The waterfront LGBT club (“club” sounds so drab…”continual soiree,” perhaps) hosts a weekly barbeque on the patio with burgers and sides from their new chef. Make sure to get a good, solid sponge in there because the rest of the night is pure Ripples: tequila shots, vodka drinks, rum cocktails, long island iced teas, karaoke, dancing, drag shows and scantily clad go-go boys. This Wednesday night party is one hell of a humdinger—and it's probably safe to say that hangover Thursday morning is one, too.
