Coachella is less than a full day away, which means you should get ready for our annual deluge of posts about our reckless, wild time in Indio. First, if you haven't looked at the lineup or the set times by now, well, you're an idiot. But before we announced that, we took pleasure in teasing you with all the rappers and EDM artists were trying to coax Goldenvoice into booking this year. Lord knows there were plenty of leaks and rumors going around a few months ago about who would be performing. Unfortunately one thing we didn't predict was Lou Reed dropping out at the last minute.
But hey, there's always a possibility he could make a surprise return
with 2Chainz on Saturday (Lou Chainz, anyone?). And even if you're not a
huge fan of sweating it all day at the festival, our cover story on the best parties of the weekend reminds us that there's plenty more trouble to get into outside the festival gates as well.
