When LA-based chef/writer/PR guru Randy Clemens released The Sriracha Cookbook nearly two years ago, cock-sauce lovers everywhere were thrilled to do more than just squeeze gobs of the fiery red condiment all over every meal. (Not that this is a bad way of eating the stuff. There is no bad way.) The book was filled with tongue-tingling recipes such as Sriracha Ceviche, Bacon-Sriracha Cornbread, Honey-Sriracha Glazed Buffalo Wing and The Ultimate Sriracha Burger, showing how versatile that beloved green-capped bottle can be.
Now Clemens is working on a follow-up book. The upcoming Veggie-Lover's Sriracha Cookbook is just what it sounds like. All of the recipes in it are vegan-friendly. (Some can be made simply vegetarian friendly with some simple adjustments.) Included are notes on how to make each of recipes gluten-free.
