Long Beach’s Museum of Latin American Art was livin’ la vida loca esta verano! However, the seasons must turn, and as our summer of sandy sunburns draws to a close, MOLAA ends their En La Noche Summer Series by featuring some hot masked man-on-man contact with lucha libre wrestling in the museum’s Sculpture Garden. Should 12 sweaty gentlemen jumping on ropes and practicing risqué maneuvers not roll your burrito, there's also a screening of Viva Lucha Libre (a documentary about the wild world of Mexican wrestling), music by DJs from the Mexican Institute of Sound, gourmet food from the Firehouse Chefs food truck and complimentary tequila tasting courtesy of Brown-Forman at the venue. What better way to conclude a summer spent sitting in front of an oscillating fan sporting nothing but underpants every night?
