The survey results of a so-called American Customer Satisfaction Index released Tuesday ranked McDonald's dead last in with a customer satisfaction rating of 73, two points behind Burger King and KFC. Number one? Papa John's.

Pithy headlines like “McDonald's Customers Aren't Lovin' It” aside, is this really much of a surprise? If it was, countless comedians wouldn't have been to score such laughs at McD's expense over the years.

Speaking of McDonald's and comedians, Jim Gaffigan, arguably the best food comedian out there and legendary for his Hot Pocket schtick, is touring the nation right now with his “Mr. Universe” tour.
