High art or low, the Orange County Gay Men’s Chorus sings it all. In its twelfth season of Handel, Liza, American musicals and torch songs, you bet they are eclectic, funny and smart. With Strike a Pose!, the 100–man choral ensemble pays homage to the material middle-aged gal whose songs and style and shenanigans have amused and entertained, and whose AIDS awareness work makes her a special political ally to Men Alive and all who support their mission of music-making and community awareness. Come on, Vogue, Vogue. Maybe you can’t do it, but Men Alive can.
