Michelin Releases 2019 California Guide With Two OC Restaurants

At a ceremony in Huntington Beach on Monday, June 3, Michelin Guide announced it’s first-ever California edition star recipients. The Guide awarded Orange County’s Carlos Salgado’s Taco Maria with a one-star distinction for his Alta-California cuisine. Felicidades to Chef Salgado and the Taco Maria crew. Keep up the desmadre!

Hana Re in Costa Mesa also received one star. California is now home to 90 Michelin-starred restaurants.
