After a successful stint last year, The Vans US Open of Surfing will again feature some great free music to go along with the surfing competition on Huntington Beach. The annual music stage is the largest free concert stage of the summer and will feature performances by some pretty big time musical acts who will be playing in front of thousands of fans over the course of two nights.
Surfers and fans can step out of the water when artists such as Modest Mouse, The Faint and Twin Shadow hit the House of Vans Stage for one of the most anticipated programs during the Open.

Known as the world's largest youth culture and action sports festival, the Vans US Open of Surfing will feature two days of concerts Thursday and Friday, July 25th & 26th, at the conclusion of the surfing competition. All concerts are free and open to the public.
If you're in the mood to hear some great music then you should head on down to Huntington Beach to check out these great bands. If you can't then don't worry, you can stream it live on the Open's website and mobile app. Think about it this way, seeing these bands by themselves could be a pricey matter, but seeing them for free? Can't beat that.
