Memphis Cafe has been delivering their style of soul food to Orange County for just under thirty years. Classic dishes like their meatloaf or fried chicken are obvious choices for the first time diner, but for those of you that know the cozy interior all too well, let us suggest an entree that’s become a favorite amongst our hazy office. The Breakfast burrito is available daily until three and features a medley of fresh eggs, potato, pico de gallo, cheddar, and jack cheese topped with their house made green chili sauce. If that doesn’t sound filling enough you also get your choice of, chorizo, sausage, pulled pork or bacon and (hopefully) a pillow for when the food coma kicks in. Not to brag but I can put down a pretty good amount of food and there’s never enough room in my stomach to finish this massive burrito. Whether you’re smoking an uplifting sativa or a sleep inducing indica Memphis in Costa Mesa is top of the list when hunger strikes.
