Black Lips are returning to Detroit Bar on April 15, but what of that other indie rock act that shares 2/3 of the same letters despite being remarkably musically different, Black Kids? Well, they're coming our way as well! April 24 at the Glass House in Pomona, with opening act/cutesy husband and wife duo Mates of State–last here in October opening up for Santogold at the House of Blues. Tickets are on sale this Thursday, Jan. 15, for 20 bones.
