(Note to self: Do not Google image search Miley Cyrus at work. Or anywhere. You won't feel great about yourself afterwards.)
Destiny Hope Cyrus, the 16-year-old phenom better known as Miley Cyrus better known as TV alter ego Hannah Montana, is coming to the Honda Center in Anaheim on Sept. 23. Surely huge news for our target demographic.
This is already a big week for Cyrus–what with winning a prestigious MTV Movie Award for best song from a movie (or whatever they might call that award in wacky MTV speak, like how the de facto best actress award becomes “best female performance”) for “The Climb,” from, of course, Hannah Montana: The Movie. So a spot playing in the Disney capital city is only the liquid butter on that popcorn-y award.
Tickets go on-sale to the general public next Saturday, June 13, with a pre-sale of some sorts starting today. More details here. LA pop band Metro Station opens (what? no Mitchel Musso or Lily Osment? BS!), and tickets are at the relatively affordable to middle-class parents of tweens rate of $39.50-$79.50.
