A few weeks ago Tommy Bahama Restaurant opened on the bottom floor of the Heisler Building in Laguna Beach. Now it's Rock'n Fish's turn to open on the top floor of the same building. The Laguna Beach sister of Rock'n Fish at LA Live and the original at Manhattan Beach will debut officially next week on Monday, December 13, 2010. (There is a soft opening this Friday for families and investors)
