Unless the streets of Laguna Beach are flooded or covered in a mountain of mud, the first Critical Mass bike ride of the year will go off as planned on Saturday.
Cyclists are asked to gather at 9 a.m. Feb. 21 (and every third Saturday of the month thereafter) at the corner of Park Avenue and Legion Street.
