A new Cuban restaurant has opened in Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle neighborhood. Papo’s Cuban Kitchen serves the usual specialties of Cubano sandwiches and ropa vieja, but also guizo de maiz and sopa fideo with either chicken or fish. 2422 E Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806

Isla Cuban-Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar has opened in La Palma. The menu for this new Cuban restaurant includes mofongo served with your choice of meat.
