A new sushi restaurant called Oh My Sushi has opened in Laguna Niguel, serving rolls alongside salads, udon, poke bowls, and teriyaki plates. The restaurant seems to have everything a good Japanese restaurant should have–gyoza and edamame as appetizers and classic sushi rolls, for one–but most impressive is its long list of special rolls, whose pretty presentations put the majority of sushi restaurants to shame.

One roll the restaurant highlights is called “How Much” and consists of shrimp tempura, yellowtail, eel, and masago. Another is “Sexy Spicy Salmon Crunch,” which combines salmon and crunchy bits with a spicy tuna roll. If you're feeling adventurous, try their “Mango Tango,” a synthesis of salmon, mango, and crab meat.
Their poke bowls are under a menu section called “Oh! My Special Bowls,” which instruct you to choose four to six variations of sashimi and/or cooked fish to add onto a bowl of rice, cucumbers, and ginger.
Oh My Sushi is located at 28985 Golden Lantern, Set B104, Laguna Niguel.
