Germans know how to keep a good thing going. Aside from some wars and cholera epidemics, they’ve been able to keep one of their most famous festivities, Oktoberfest, alive and kicking for more than 200 years. Featuring oompah bands, beer and lederhosen, this classic Bavarian celebration is world-renowned for its totally German nature and wunderbar vibes. And this year you don’t have to go all the way to Deutschland to celebrate. Fullerton’s Muckenthaler Center is hosting its own Oktoberfest complete with beers from local breweries, great food and live music. The $20 entry fee includes an alcoholic beverage, three sliders and a guaranteed good time! Prost!
