Praise the ooey, gooey cheese gods. 100 Eats and Santa Ana-based Foodbeast will host Ooze Fest, their inaugural celebration of all things melted and cheesy, featuring various cheese dishes from local restaurants. What should you expect? Well, in addition to the apple and cheese empanada from Shuck up there, there'll be Pollo Fundido (friend chicken chicharrones and cheese dip from Grits), a churro ice cream sandwich with cheesecake ice cream (from La Sriracha Racha), a mac and cheese bone marrow, Indian fry bread (from Little Sparrow), and a bunch of other things to try. And the best part? For the price of your ticket, it's all you can drink and all you can eat in two different sessions so it won't get super crowded.
